From 2009, I used to dream about when I would be able to participate as a referee or judge in a championship like KIO. Today, 12 to 15 years later, my dream has come true. I worked as part of the official panel at KIO in Dehradun, and I learned a lot. I had the opportunity to work alongside experienced AKF & WKF Referees and Judges, and they all helped me tremendously. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Sensei Anup A. Dethe (WKF – Judge Kata & Kumite) for giving me the chance to work in various roles like referee, judge, scorekeeper, etc., and for patiently explaining things to me when I made mistakes. I’d also like to thank Hanshi Bharat Sharma Sir for giving me the opportunity to stand here, and Hanshi Janak Raj Jamwal Sir & Hanshi Premjit Sen Sir for his blessings that brought me to this point. Special thanks to Sensei Daaman Jamwal for recommending me from the state of Himachal Pradesh to participate in KIO Nationals. I must express my gratitude to Shihan Ritika Jamwal, my dear wife, who always motivates and supports me, standing by my side everywhere. Lastly, I want to thank my father and my entire family for their blessings and unwavering support, which has always been there for me in every endeavor I undertake.
