Hi everyone,
Today I am going to talk about the condition of today’s generation.
Nowadays, students are not focusing on their physical fitness. They are always busy enjoying new foods, especially fast food — without thinking about whether it is good or bad for their health.
At the same time, many parents allow their children to do whatever they want. But that is not good for either parents or children. If children do not focus on their fitness, they gain fat and suffer from many illnesses. They may also develop tension and anxiety, which reduces their confidence.
In most cases, we see that people join fitness classes or karate classes only after the age of 40 — when they start facing physical, mental, or emotional problems, or when someone rejects them.
So, in my opinion, if you need physical fitness after 40, then why not join karate or any fitness class from childhood? We need to focus on both education and physical fitness, because if you are not fit, you cannot do anything — not even study, work, or achieve your dreams.
Now you may think, “What should I do?”
My answer is simple — start karate from today. Don’t think too much!
Children should listen to their teachers, coaches, and parents, because they are your well-wishers. They will never give you bad advice.
Parents should also not give their children full freedom. If you allow them to go to movies or parties, you should still take care of them — watch and guide them. If you find something wrong, stop them and explain why it is not good. If they understand, that’s great. If not, you can scold them — and sometimes, even a small slap (with love and care) can teach them the right lesson.
As parents, you must understand what kind of food, exercise, or martial art your children need. Once you understand that, you can guide them better.
Because good food and good exercise equal a good life.
This is my opinion — it’s up to you to decide what you want to follow.
Take care of your health, eat healthy food, and practice karate or any martial art — for safety, as a sport, or even as a hobby.
Take care,
